| Grief Recovery |
| |
At Martin Brothers we are regularly examining ways that we might better serve our families and community at large. Our long experience working with grieving families has gained us a reputation for providing care above and beyond the immediate details of funeral and memorial services.
We all recognize that loss, through death and other significant changes, is one of the constant realities of life. Yet, one of the least acknowledged and least addressed concerns in our society is grief – how it affects us, and how we might effectively work through it.
In response to this concern, we have provided a resource that we believe will meet a significant need.
Martin Brothers staff member, Brian Magee, has received specialized training in grief recovery. Brian came to us in September, 2007, having completed 20 years in pastoral ministry at a local area church. We believe that added to his years of experience in pastoral work, this focused training has enabled Brian to effectively give leadership to our grief care programs.
There are no charges for these programs. We welcome anyone who has suffered a loss. For details and dates, please contact Brian Magee at Martin Brothers 403 328-2361 |
